iQEntry access control system was developed in the XXI-th century, where cloud technology is the base to start from. We use the latest state-of-art technology in the production.

The cloud based storing, and connection works even in off-line mode thanks to local storing.

Due to market demand it was a target to have an access control system which makes possible to operate same time the old cards and latest, high security cards. This high flexibility is one of the main important advantage.

Any type of proximity card can be used with the proper iQEntry special card reader unit. This possibility gives the chance to increase security level of old access control system with sharing the investment for several years. For the most important doors we can install the high security controllers/readers, and keeping the old ones for the less important gates.

The complex system is ready to connect photo of the users to the cards, able to get control from the fire alarm system in case of fire.

In the software of iQEntry access control system easy to create groups, rules, logic connections.

Capacity of the access control system is unlimited even in number of cards and gates.

The system is very user friendly and easily used with browsers.

IQENTRY IQE-CR2D21

Controller for access control system

The IQE-CR2D21 is a controller accepting information from the connected card readers and controlling various entry devices according to the programmed rules. It can control locks, doors, barriers, turnstiles and their necessary accessories (lamps, buzzers, exit button, door sensors, etc.). It accepts various protocols: beside the TCP/IP the RS485, RS232, serial TTL, i2, Bluetooth, USB connections are accepted. For special demands its analogue and digital I/O extension makes it more flexible.

The IQE-CR2D21 can be expanded according to the demands, thanks to using the latest technologies. Its 32 bit processor, 1 MB RAM, protected memory (up to 2MB) for program, 32kB EEPROM, and 8MB flash memory guarantee perfect working as well as its own battery and electric fuses. For special increased demands a micro SD card slot had placed on the board.

​Beside the two serial ports, USB, TTL serial port, I2 and RJ45 Ethernet connection there are 3 connectors for connecting various peripherals (see below).                          This model controls 1 door and 2 readers but has 2 relay outputs, 5 pcs open collector outputs, 6 pcs inputs (3-24V tolerant).

Card Readers for access control system

The IQE-RIBx01 card readers allow reading (and communicating) with card data. According to the rules set, the system decides whether or not to accept the card's data. There are a number of standard types on the market, from simple to complex, with different levels of encryption. Security can be greatly enhanced in the case of higher-level copying protected techniques (from badge to PKI).

Our readers are based on a German Core Module controlled by a 32 bit ARM processor. Hugh memory, updateable firmware, flexible programming possibilities are the main characteristics.

If required, the 125kHz LF reading modes can be integrated into the reader as well as the EM, helping gradual cost- saving migration towards safer cards.

IQENTRY Premium

The IQENTRY Premium is a modern, flexible software designed for large corporations that have more sites even in different countries. The solution is the multilevel, client-server architecture based on cloud technology. The whole system is fault tolerant, so in case of interrupted connection it turns safe mode: the units change autonomous mode until the connection turns back.

On every sites a small Linux based server works (called ‘MiddleWare’) and all controllers are connected to by TCP/IP protocol. The controllers also has the safe mode.

No need to install software at client as it is a web-based solution. Installers, administrators, users and guest can reach their data and settings on the same program even in mobile phone. Very easy and fast installation and setting can be achieved thanks to the groups and predefined profiles and rules, as all parameters can be set individually plus exceptions can be added.

Both sides of the doors/gates/barriers and any zones can be defined differently as well as the antipassback function. Moving of a user can be checked and exported to presence registration.

User group, time scheduling and the rule of the doors make passing enable or deny. Extra rules can be definied for every doors for enable or disable passing. Using NFC card or code-lock can be added also.

Event Log (tracking more than 70 events) help the user as well as login log (who, when, where, how, from where, to where) and presence registration.
